Purpose

This policy explains the storage, access and tracking technologies used on delveio.com and how visitors can control technologies where applicable.

Strictly necessary: technologies needed for security, requested functionality, sessions, forms or other essential operation.
Analytics/statistical: technologies used to measure traffic, performance or interactions.
Advertising/conversion: technologies used to measure advertising, conversions, attribution or campaign effectiveness.
Scheduling/functional: technologies used to provide booking or requested functionality.
Consent and Legal Exceptions
Where applicable law requires consent for a storage/access technology, Delveio will obtain valid consent before activating it. Consent will involve a clear positive choice and will be capable of being withdrawn or changed.
Some technologies may fall within legal exceptions, including certain limited-intrusion functionality or statistical purposes under UK rules as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Delveio will only rely on an exception where the actual technology and purpose satisfy the applicable legal conditions.
Advertising, behavioural tracking and similar technologies that require consent will not be activated before consent.
Cookie/Tag Register
Delveio will maintain a live internal register of the actual storage/access technologies deployed on the website. The register should identify the technology name, provider, purpose, category, duration, first/third-party status and legal basis/consent requirement.
The register must be reviewed when tags, plugins, scripts, themes or integrations change and periodically as part of website maintenance.
Third-Party Processing
Third-party providers may process information through their own technologies. Their privacy policies and terms may apply to their independent processing.
Because third-party implementations can change, the provider list in this policy is a description of identified services, not a guarantee that no additional technology will ever be used.
Email Tracking
Zoho Campaigns may use tracked links or other technologies to record delivery, opens or interactions depending on campaign settings. Marketing recipients can unsubscribe at any time.
Managing Preferences
Where the website provides a consent/preference mechanism, visitors can use it to accept, reject or change non-essential categories. Browser controls can also restrict cookies, although doing so may affect functionality.
Delveio will provide a mechanism to withdraw consent as easily as it is provided.
