Zoho Creator is Zoho's application development environment, and we use it to build these applications with proper database tables, forms, reports, approvals, automation and mobile access. Each application can connect to Zoho CRM, Books and Inventory, and to outside systems where that is needed. Most of our builds cost between $5,000 and $7,500 and take two to five weeks, which is a fraction of the cost of software written from scratch.

A fair share of the Creator enquiries we receive are better served by an application Zoho already sells. When that is the case, we say so on the first call and quote for the smaller piece of work. This costs us the occasional project, but the work we do take on tends to go well. Most of our Creator clients are teams of 20 to 100 people.
Creator is likely to suit you when:
- Ready-made software gets you most of the way, but only by forcing you to change your own steps to fit it

Common Questions About Zoho Creator Development
How much does a Zoho Creator project cost?
Small single-purpose applications start at around $2,500. Most of our builds fall between $5,000 and $7,500. Larger projects with integrations and data migration cost more. You get a fixed figure after the scoping call.
What does Zoho Creator itself cost?
Zoho charges per user per month, separately from our build fee. The current pricing is on Zoho's website, and we will confirm the right plan for your user count during scoping. Creator is also included in Zoho One.
How long does a build take?
Between two and five weeks for a single application. Larger projects with data migration and integrations usually take six to ten weeks. You will have a dated plan before we begin.
Do Zoho Creator applications work on phones?
Yes, and this is one of Creator's strongest points. Every application we build works in the Zoho Creator mobile app on iOS and Android, including offline data entry for field teams.
Can you repair an application someone else built?
Yes. Rescue work is a regular part of our business. We audit what exists, document it, and give you an honest recommendation on whether to repair or rebuild, with pricing for each.
Do you offer support after the first 30 days?
Yes, either through a monthly support retainer or blocks of hours as needed. Many clients manage their applications themselves after handover, which is fine with us.
We are not on Zoho One yet. Can we still use Zoho Creator as a standalone app?
Yes, ZohoCreator works on its own. If you are choosing your first Zoho product, though, it is worth talking about whether CRM or Zoho One should come first. We cover this in the scoping call at no charge.
